MyTelenor application was built to optimize the online customer support experience. Now, accounting, billing and top-up payments can be accessed by customers through their mobile device, just like the national mobile parking and highway ticketing system. Extra services such as roaming and data plans can be bolted on to existing subscription and managed dynamically. Reseller and personal customer service locations are listed with assisted navigation options. Deezer and MyTv services are also hosted on the application, while online payment is available via OTP and MasterCard Mobile integration.
